As a Strategic Creative Leader and Executive Producer, I've built and led high-performing teams across prestigious organizations in the entertainment and advertising industries. My leadership journey began with National Geographic and Discovery Channel, where I produced ambitious documentary projects featuring icons like Conrad Anker and Erik Weihenmayer, while managing complex international productions in locations ranging from CERN's underground hadron collider to the Amazon. After successfully working in creative development in Sydney for groundbreaking shows like MythBusters, I advanced to senior positions at premier advertising agencies such as TBWA/Chiat/Day and Deutsch LA. While in LA, I produced award-winning campaigns for brands like Nissan, Gatorade, Target and Dr Pepper, resulting in a Gold Cannes Lion and Sports Emmy nominations. My strategic vision and diverse experience were instrumental in the success of the theatrical documentary I produced called "LEGO: A Brickumentary."

My proven track record led to a leadership role at Wieden + Kennedy's Portland headquarters, where I led production on campaigns for global brands including Nike, Uber, and Coca-Cola, while mentoring creative teams and fostering innovation. As a freelancer, I produced breakthrough initiatives with Google Brand Studio, including the short film "Forward Rhythm" and the social campaign for their "Year In Search" annual programming.

Most recently, I spent two years as Executive Producer at Coinbase's in-house Creative Studio, joining during a critical period of industry volatility. I played an integral role in building the studio from the ground up, recruiting and leading both fulltime and contract producers while establishing the operational infrastructure. Our lean team produced work that helped shift public perception and rebuild trust in the cryptocurrency space, ultimately earning the confidence of our CEO and CMO.

Since then, I've been freelancing as a senior consultant and producer, brought in to tackle challenging celebrity-driven campaigns and build production infrastructure from the ground up. My recent work has spanned agencies of all sizes, from helping launch Good Sports, a boutique agency where I served as a production and operations consultant on campaigns for MLB featuring Adam Devine and Pharrell, to producing high-profile work at Opionated for an Adidas campaign featuring Lionel Messi and Patrick Mahomes. I've also consulted on major initiatives including Apple Music's Super Bowl Halftime Show campaign featuring Bad Bunny. This flexibility allows me to bring strategic production expertise and operational leadership wherever complex, high-stakes creative work demands it.

Throughout my career, I've demonstrated expertise in team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic storytelling that translates complex narratives into work that resonates with mainstream audiences and drives cultural impact.
